Octave of Easter High Masses

To celebrate the Octave of Easter there will be High Masses throughout the week at either St Anthony or St Elizabeth.

Mon, Apr 17----9:00 AM at St Anthony

Wed, Apr 19----7:00 PM at St Elizabeth (followed by an ice cream social---bring your favorite
                                                                   topping or treat to share)

Thurs, Apr 20---9:00 AM at St Anthony

Fri, Apr 21----5:30 PM at St Anthony  (Adoration all day and Benediction at 5:00 PM)

Sat, Apr 22----8:00 AM at St Elizabeth

Holy Week Schedule

This year we will have the entire Traditional Sacred Triduum according to the 1955 restored Holy Week at St Elizabeth in Colonial Beach!  This is the first entire Traditional Triduum in the history of the Arlington Diocese which was founded in 1974. 

Holy Thursday    7:00 PM      High Mass

Good Friday        3:30 PM      with choir

Easter Vigil         8:30 PM      Vigil and High Mass

Palm Sunday     12:45 PM at St Anthony in King George     Blessing of Palms and Procession 

                                                                                                followed by High Mass
